Entries for 2010 are now closed - sorry.
Welcome to the online entry system for HPM 2010. The event will take place as usual on the first
Friday night in March, 5th March 2010.
Please read through the following notes regarding entry for the 2010 event:
- Entries will only be accepted between 1st November 2009 and 30th November 2009. The online entry system on this site will also
only be available during this period via this page.
- The entry fee will not be required at this stage.
- Entries will ONLY be accepted where full details of four competitors are given.* **
- After entries have closed, places will first be given to teams containing at least two members of the previous
year's top 3 finishing teams in each category. Half the places are reserved for those teams with the most HPM experience.
To decide the remaining places, a draw will be made from all entered teams not already accepted who have satified the
organisers that they have the experience to compete safely in the event.
- All teams selected (including reserves) will be notified by 8th December 2009. An email will be sent out to team
organisers at this stage.
- Payment of the event fee must be received within two weeks of notification to guarantee a team's place
(reserves will not be required to pay unless called upon).
* Please ensure you have the following details for each competitor:
- Name (forename and surname)
- Address including postcode
- Contact telephone number
- Email address (if they have one)
- Date of birth
- Gender
- Details of experience and/or similar previous events undertaken
** Please note that it is possible to return to your entry and make amendments after making an initial entry.
You will be sent an email with details to do this after commencing an entry. All entries must be complete and satisfy the entry requirements however by 30th November 2009.
All competitors must also have read the event rules and
FRA disclaimer.
This must be signed by all competitors at registration on the Friday night of the event.
Once an entry has been made, it will be possible to change a member of your team should they become unavailable due to injury, for
example.
