Welcome to the online entry system for HPM 2018. The event will take place on 3rd March 2018.

Please read through the following notes regarding entry for the 2018 event:

• Entries will only be accepted between 1st November 2017 and 30th November 2017 via the online entry system on this site available during this period via this page.
• The entry fee will not be required on submitting an entry - only once you have been confirmed as having a place.
• Entries will ONLY be accepted where full details of four competitors are given.* **
• When asked for experience, entrants who have entered HPM before need only state in which years they took part (whether you finished or not). If you have not entered HPM before please list mountain marathons and long distance events/challenges which you have completed.
• After entries have closed a lottery will be held for the available places. This is weighted in favour of those who have previously entered (your best chance of getting in is to join a team of people who have). New teams do still get in, however, and if you have entered twice previously without success we will consider giving you a place.
• The previous year’s top 3 teams and category winners will be given a place.
• All teams selected will be notified by email early in December.
• Payment of the event fee £92 must be received within two weeks of notification to guarantee a team's place.

* Please ensure you have the following details for each competitor:

• Name (forename and surname)
• Address including postcode
• Contact telephone number
• Email address (if they have one)
• Date of birth
• Gender
• Details of previous HPM entries OR experience of other mountain marathons and long distance events/challenges.

** Please note that it is possible to return to your entry and make amendments after making an initial entry. You will be sent an email with details to do this after commencing an entry. All entries must be complete and satisfy the entry requirements however by 30th November 2017.

All competitors must also have read the event rules and FRA disclaimer. This must be signed by all competitors at registration on the Friday night of the event.

Once an entry has been made, it will be possible to change a member of your team should they become unavailable due to injury, for example.
